Vitamin E is another fat-soluble vitamin. An
important factor about this vitamin that is generally not well known is that
this vitamin is also a complex like vitamin B complex.

and hair condition, you must use the vitamin E complex.
Mainly vitamin E complex consists of eight different
chemical compounds known as lipophilic compounds. How does anti-oxidant work?
Importance of vitamin E oil (complex)
The fat-soluble vitamins have the ability to pass
through cell membranes and go inside the cells, hence they have many vital functions
inside the cell.
Vitamin E has the most important function of
being an anti-oxidant
Anti-oxidants attack the free radicals or electrons produced in the human body during various metabolic processes. These free electrons or radicals cause unnecessary, rather harmful oxidation, not good for the human body.
Alpha-tocopherol, a type of vitamin E is
important for liver function. This Alpha tocopherol needs LDL (low-density
lipoprotein), so-called bad cholesterol to travel through. Another interesting
piece of information is that this bad cholesterol LDL is actually a protein
carrying the cholesterol and vitamin E. How bad is this? Will be discussed in
later articles. Here vitamin E helps cholesterol be oxidized and helps
protect arteries hence, as an antioxidant, vitamin E helps protect the body
from cancer, stroke, and heart diseases.
Another form of vitamin E, gamma-tocopherol
helps fight the harmful effects of smoke, but smoking over time depletes its
amount in the body.

for skin health.
Another very important function of vitamins is the stabilization of cell membranes. As our whole body is made up of cells. Its importance is very high.
Sources of vitamin E
The main sources of vitamin E are wheat germ oil
and sunflower oils.

skin and hair care are from non-GMO (genetically modified organic sunflower oil)

Vitamin E deficiency is not very common, but people can be deficient if their digestive system is not properly
functioning and is unable to absorb all the vitamin E from the diet, and second
reason can definitely be the lesser intake of this vitamin in the diet.
Most nutritional deficiencies as not generally known or considered are because of digestive system issues. That leads to no absorption or lesser absorption
of nutrients into our bloodstream and many nutrients from healthy diet sources
are just wasted.
