and with the help of sun light synthesizes the food in form of glucose. This is
further converted into other complex nutrients, minerals, vitamins, fats etc.
once consumed by animals, they are further converted into useful nutrients like

The sun light is far more important for our body. It perform many

for current rise in insomnia cases is the use of artificial light in our houses
late at night. The brain is not able to comprehend that it is time to sleep and
release melatonin. As a result we are unable to feel sleepy, when body
naturally responds, when we are exhausted, we go to, sleep but the sleep cycles
are badly affected resulting in diminishing the hours of sleep over time. It can
lead to insomnia.
